We bring you authentic recipes from the Himalayas. No MSG is used in our cooking. Our dishes are prepared to order
using fresh ingredients and aromatic spices from the Himalayas. Please let us know if you prefer mild, medium or hot.

Appetizers

Papadum~ A crispy-spiced wafer served with dipping sauces. 4


Vegetable Samosa ~ A light pastry filled with delicately spiced potato, green peas, and onions. (2 per order) 5
Saag Appetizer~ Delicious creamed spinach spiced with garlic, ginger and cumin. Served with Naan bread. 9
Vegetable Pakoda~ A mix of fresh vegetables dipped in spiced chickpea flour and deep-fried. 8
Shrimp Pakoda~ Coated in a mild chickpea batter and deep-fried to a crisp, served with Mint and Tamarind chutney. 11
Momo Appetizer~ Homemade Tibetan dumpling with vegetables, chicken or beef. Momos are Served with a homemade dipping sauce

Dal Soup~ A healthy homemade lentil soup, rich with the flavor of Himalayan spices. Cup 4 Bowl 8
House Salad~ Organic mixed greens, apple, organic carrots, sliced cucumbers, sweet cherry tomatoes and garlic-butter croutons served
with a choice of dressing (Caesar, Ranch, Italian, or Balsamic Vinaigrette). 10

Momo Entree~ Our homemade Tibetan dumplings are filled with your choice of vegetables or meat, steamed and served with homemade

Thenduk (Homemade Stew) ~ A large bowl of homemade broth, butternut squash, potatoes, carrots, fresh spinach, and homemade
pasta. This Himalayan stew is a Sherpa and Tibetan’s favorite. Served with freshly baked naan bread and your choice of meat.

Baingan Bharta (Eggplant curry) ~ Tandoori-roasted eggplant slow cooked with ginger, garlic, tomato gravy and served with basmati
