前言 Foreword
纯电动牵引车是由主驱电机、锂电池等电力驱动系统、底盘、
车身、电气设备等组成。与传统牵引车相比，纯电动牵引车主要
的差别在于驱动系统，纯电动的驱动系统是由驱动电机、电机控
制器和电源等组成，其中驱动电机的能源来自动力锂电池，锂电
池的电能补充依靠外置充电桩补充，除此之外纯电动牵引车的驱
动系统还具有制动能量回收的功能。
由于驱动系统的不同，车辆其他系统也随之发生变化。
The pure electric tractor is composed of a main drive
motor, lithium batteries, and other power drive systems,
chassis, body, electrical equipment, etc. Compared to
traditional tractors, the main difference of the pure
electric tractor lies in its drive system. The drive
system of the pure electric tractor consists of a drive
motor, motor controller, and power supply. The energy for
the drive motor comes from the lithium batteries, and the
lithium batteries are recharged through an external
charging station. In addition, the drive system of the
pure electric tractor also has regenerative braking
function.
Due to the differences in the drive system, other

systems of the vehicle also undergo changes.

The results of the related investigation show that:
80% of major repairs are conducted after the occurrence
of failures, of which 90% of the repairs are preventable,
and only 10% are unpredictable.
Preventive maintenance is very simple and cost-effective.
Please follow the recommended maintenance standards in
this manual and keep regular preventive maintenance

This manual provides basic knowledge on usage and
maintenance, as well as preliminary introductions to
common faults and their troubleshooting methods for
reference. In order to better utilize the superior
performance of the equipment and ensure safe operation,
please read this user manual carefully before use, and
have a correct understanding and mastery of the usage and
maintenance requirements of the new energy pure electric
tractor. If you can diligently perform maintenance work
in accordance with the regulations, it will greatly
extend the service life of the equipment and its

1.1 智能化 CAN 仪表 Intelligent CAN instrument
CAN 总线即控制器局域网，智能化 CAN 仪表系统通过 CAN 总线可以实时

提供车辆当前运行状况。
The CAN bus is the controller LAN, and the intelligent CAN
instrument system CAN provide the current running condition of the
vehicle in real time through the CAN bus.

1.2 故障报修 Fault repair
当出现红色报警信号时请立即进行报修（报修前先查看并提供故障码，以
便维修人员快速判断故障原因，提高维修效率）

在主界面按①进入菜单选择界面选择《整车故障信息》，再按①键确认
即可进入故障码显示界面，按④/⑤ 键可进行选项切换及切屏。

（一）动力锂电池简介及保养规范 Introduction and
maintenance specifications of power lithium batteries
1.1.使用及保养注意事项 Use and maintenance precautions
1.1.1. 日常使用 Daily use
① 防火：车辆远离热源、火源。如果电池线束冒烟起火，使用二氧化碳
或者干粉灭火器喷射；如果电池起火，在远距离使用高压水枪灭火。
② 防水：车辆在积水路面行驶时，涉水深度 ≤ 30cm ，涉水速度
≤10km/h，涉水时间≤10min；当路面积水深度＞30cm，禁止强行
趟水通过，车辆因意外情况落水或遭积水浸泡时，禁止通电。
③ 电箱 MSD 不能随意插拔。
④ 电箱不建议使用高压水枪冲洗，可能会破坏电箱气密性。
⑤ 严禁任何时候用双手同时触摸电池箱体的正负极柱。
⑥ 在清洗车辆时，应避开高压元器件，避免与水接触后产生不良后果。
⑦ 久放不用车辆每隔两个月需进行一次充满电。
⑧ 车辆尽量保证每日一次充满电，未显示充电完成前不建议拔枪。
⑨ 车辆需至少每月做一次“电池保养”。
⑩ 必须使用符合国家标准的充电机，严禁使用“手动充电”功能。
⑪ 当气温在零度以下，运营车辆收车后应尽快充电，防止因电池温度降
低导致充电时间延长。

② Waterproof: When the vehicle is driving on the waterlogged
road, the wading depth is ≤30cm, the wading speed is ≤10km/h,
and the wading time is ≤10min; When the depth of water on the
road is greater than 30cm, it is prohibited to wade through the
water, and the vehicle is prohibited to power up when it falls
into the water or is soaked by water due to accidental
circumstances.
③ Electric box MSD can not be inserted and removed at will.
④ It is not recommended to use high pressure water gun to flush
the electric box, which may damage the air tightness of the
electric box.
⑤ Do not touch the positive and negative poles of the battery
box with both hands at any time.
⑥When cleaning the vehicle, high voltage components should be
avoided to avoid adverse consequences after contact with water.
⑦ Long-unused vehicles need to be fully charged every two
months.
⑧ The vehicle should be fully charged once a day as far as
possible,and it is not recommended to draw the gun before
charging is displayed.
⑨ The vehicle should be "battery maintenance" at least once a
month.
⑩The charger that meets the national standard must be used, and
the "manual charging" function is strictly prohibited.
11.When the temperature is below zero, the operating vehicle
should be charged as soon as possible after the vehicle is
stopped to prevent the battery temperature from decreasing and
the charging time from being prolonged.
1.1.2. 电池保养 Battery maintenance
定期做电池保养，有利于提高电池使用性能，其步骤如下：

① 调整电池电量（SOC）在 25%～40%范围；

② 车辆停稳，关闭电源（钥匙拧至 OFF 档），然后启动电源（钥匙拧至
ON 档），检查车上所有用电设备，确保处于关闭状态。
③ 电池箱及高压箱接插件、外面表油污/尘土清理。
④ 检查电池的一致性，保养结束后需进行一次满充电。

 旋好加油盖，若有油溅在机器上，应清理干净；
 加好油后开启电源，检查运转正常与否。

如果滤芯太脏无法清理干净，或者滤芯损坏则需要更换滤芯；其滤芯拆卸
安装步骤如下：
 取出滤芯组件后，用扳手将锁紧防松螺母拧开，依次取下锁紧防松螺母、
平垫、压圈取下；
 从拉杆上取下滤芯，注意滤芯在拉杆上装有弹舞和平垫；
 将新的滤芯、弹黄、平垫、螺母、压圈依次装好，在拧紧锁紧防松螺母时，
需要注意滤芯的位置要保证在端盖的中心位置，离封圈与端盖紧密贴合，
保证密封，并且 M16x1.5 螺母不宣持的过紧螺母大致拧入 3—4 个牙型），
以免将滤芯压坏、变形；
 装好滤芯后，把滤芯组件装回消声简内，再将 M8 螺母和平垫装上拧紧，
使端盖和壳体贴紧、密封。

element is in the center of the end cover, the release ring is closely fitted to

the filter element.

into the noise reducer, and then install the M8 nut and flat washer to tighten

 拧开缸盖顶端的堵头及支架上的油尺，用压缩空气将缸盖及冷却器内的剩
油通过曾道经放油口排出（否则需拆下冷却器，将里面的剩油清理干净）。
 机油滤清器的更换，卸下旧机油滤清器，清洁连结螺栓及滤清器座，把新
机油滤清器用扳手拧紧在滤清器座上；
 护好各螺塞，将机器上的油污及灰尘清理干净，然后按照前面的加油规范
通过加油口加油到正确油位（加油时应将油尺拧开排气，总加油量约 2.8
—3 升），不可过多。

本产品为成套智能冷却系统总成，包括水散热器、副水箱、电子风机、
控制器、电子水泵、显示屏模块、强启开关及风机线束等。本产品安装在驾
驶室下方，为纯电牵引车驱动系统主驱电机及其控制器提供冷却循环。
主驱电机运行中，冷却水由电子水泵提供能量进行循环，风扇的工作与
否由 ECU 控制器控制，控制器通过 CAN 信号读取散热器进出水温度传感器的
信号后，根据设计好的控制策略和参数控制各风扇的工作状态（关闭、启动
或者全开），使主驱电机始终保持最佳的温度工作状态，达到节能降噪的效
果，保证散热器的极高的散热效率的同时后期维护成本也较低。
This product is a complete set of intelligent cooling system
assembly, including water radiator, auxiliary water tank,
electronic fan, controller, electronic water pump, display module,
strong switch and fan wiring harness. This product is installed
under the cab and provides a cooling cycle for the main drive motor
of the pure electric tractor drive system and its controller.
In the operation of the main drive motor, the cooling water is
circulated by the electronic water pump, and the operation of the
fan is controlled by the ECU controller. After reading the signal
of the radiator entering and leaving the water temperature sensor
through the CAN signal, the controller controls the working state
of each fan (off, on or fully on) according to the designed control
strategy and parameters. Make the main drive motor always maintain
the best temperature working state, achieve the effect of energy
saving and noise reduction, ensure the high heat dissipation
efficiency of the radiator, while the later maintenance cost is
also low.
4.3.维护与检修 Maintenance and overhaul
4.3.1. 维护保养和检查内容 Maintenance and inspection contents
 检查有无异响或者异常振动；
 检查所有冷却器总成的紧固螺母，不能存在松动现象；

 检查冷却液（防冻液）是否是正确的型号或成分；
 检查中发现的冷却器零部件不良，必须及时更换；
 检查冷却器是否存在漏水或者漏气的情况，如果发现，必须立即处理；
 检查电气件是否正常工作；
 检查线束是否存在老化或者电线外露情况；
 检查副水箱水位是否正常，若发现水位太低则需要加水；
 检查密封圈，组合垫圈是否存在老化现象。


注意：冷却液请使用符合国家标准的正规品牌冷却液，严禁混加不同品牌冷却
液或直接添加自来水等，避免因冷却液混加引起的提前结晶或结垢等异常工况
导致水箱堵塞。

4.3.3. 外翅片的清理 Cleaning of the outer fin
冷却器经过长时间的使用，外翅片由于灰尘、杂质等堆积造成外翅片堵
塞，为确保冷却器达到最佳性能，建议经常清理冷却器的外翅片。可以通过
压缩空气来清理外翅片通道，在清理之前请确保冷却器已经降到常温，否则
高温会造成烫伤，如果外翅片周围尘土或污渍堵塞比较严重，需要通过清洁
剂和脱脂剂来处理之后再使用压缩空气处理。清理时需要小心外翅片不会受
损，保证压缩空气吹的方向与芯体表面垂直（即与翅片内空气流动方向一
致）。
After the use of the cooler for a long time, the outer fins are
blocked due to the accumulation of dust, impurities, etc. In order
to ensure the best performance of the cooler, it is recommended to
clean the outer fins of the cooler frequently. The outer fin
channel can be cleaned by compressed air, please ensure that the
cooler has been reduced to normal temperature before cleaning,
otherwise high temperature will cause burns, if the dust or stains
around the outer fin is more serious, need to be treated by
cleaning agent and degreaser after compressed air treatment. When
cleaning, it is necessary to be careful that the outer fin will not
be damaged, and ensure that the direction of compressed air blowing
is perpendicular to the surface of the core (that is, the direction
of air flow in the fin is the same).

5.1. 产品概述 Product Overview
空调可安装在不同的车型上，车内的空气通过进风口进入系统，冷却和
干燥后通过出风口输送出来。空调通过控制面板或遥控器操作。空调设有电
压监测，若电压降低于设定值时，空调会自动停止工作。
Air conditioners can be installed in different car models. The air inside the car
enters the system through the air inlet, is cooled and dried, and then delivered
through the air outlet. The air conditioner can be operated through a control panel
or a remote control. The air conditioner is equipped with voltage monitoring, and if
the voltage drops below the set value, the air conditioner will automatically stop
working.

5.3.空调的维护及保养 Maintenance and maintenance of air

5.3.1. 清洁保养 Cleaning and maintenance
① 请按时清理空调进风处滤网上的灰尘，以提高制冷效果，同时利于能。
② 空调滤网应经常清洁以免结满灰尘。清洁时请使用软毛巾或者海绵，
蘸清水或者无腐蚀性中性的洗涤剂清洗，最后用清水擦净，干抹布擦净。
③ 清洁时不要用有滴水的软毛巾或其它海绵等，以免水滴渗透到室内机
电控上而导致基板损坏，甚至起火。
④ 清洁时请勿使用硬质毛刷、钢丝球、钢丝刷、研磨剂（如牙膏）、有
机溶剂（如酒精、丙酮、香蕉水等）、开水、酸碱性物品，这将会损坏空
调。
⑤ 定期检查空调与安装支架，以及安装支架与车体的所有紧固件是否牢
固。
⑥ 定期检查空调的连接线是否安全。定期检查排水管，并确定无堵塞现
象，以免造成室内机滴水。
