My name is Stephannie Williams and I am spoke to you to few days with regards
to whether your company would be able to sponsor or give a contribution
towards my daughter’s tennis development.

My daughter’s name is Destinee Williams and she is seven years old. She has
been selected to compete for Warwickshire County in which she won the 2023
8U county cup. She has also been selected for the Regional Performance Camp.
Destine is also ranked within the top 100 9U girls in the UK. Alongside this, she
has accumulated a substantial number of trophies and medals since she started
competing. In addition to this, she trains in the elite squad at Edgbaston Priory
Tennis Club three times per week.

Destinee’s journey into tennis started when she was two years old. Once she got
hold of her sister’s racket and was able to connect it to the tennis ball she became
infatuated with the sport. Her on going interest and enthusiasm of tennis left us
with no other option but to pursue tennis for her. Although she is only seven
years old, she is well aware of her goals and aspirations for tennis. One of which
is to have Novak Djokovic as her tennis coach in the future.

Destinee is looking to revolutionise tennis with her multifaceted ambidextrous

abilities, work ethic and love for the sport. She aspires to be one of the greatest
tennis players of all times in the future. However this is only possible with the
right support and development through coaching, competitions and equipment.
It is proven to be quite costly to get her to be the best she can be. As parents we
have tried our best to support her dreams and aspiration of becoming the best,
however due to the high cost associated with this sport and the current cost of
living crisis, it is becoming more challenging for us to keep up with the funding
for her.

I would be very grateful for any sponsorship or contribution that you can
provide towards Destinee’s tennis development to enable her to accomplish her
aspiration. In return we will make sure that your company is mentioned when
ever possible as a sponsor or contributor to her development. In addition, we
