Most middle aged people worry about their health. They are afraid of old age. They don’t want
to be old, sick and alone. They would like to be strong, fat and young again, but they think they
are ‘over the hill’ to old.
“Geriatrician’ are the doctors who are studying how people grow old.They are learning how
people might be healthy at any age. First, it is important to exercise. For example swim, walk
