Find a news story that involves online interaction leading to negative consequences.

When I was in high school, a friend in class wrote a post on facebook saying that the class
bullied her. There was no evidence for that but her friends kept on cursing, saying bad
things. A friend in the class couldn’t handle all this, plus her mental health had not been in a
good state, so she intended to suicide. Luckily that scenario didn’t happen thanks to the
comforting of other friends and teacher. While it's impossible to completely eliminate the risk
of negative consequences from online interactions, there are several solutions that can
significantly reduce the chances and mitigate potential harm:

- Respectful Communication: Treat others online with the same respect you would in
person. Avoid engaging in online arguments, and remember that words can have a
lasting impact even in the virtual world.
- Recognize and Report Issues: Be aware of the signs of cyberbullying, scams, and
other online threats. If you encounter any suspicious activity, report it immediately to
the platform or relevant authorities.
