More than 12 million dogs and cats are euthanized

in shelters every year.

Approximately 61% of all dogs that enter shelters, die.

It costs approximately $100 to capture, house, feed

and, eventually, kill each stray animal, a cost that you,
the taxpayer, eventually pay.

The PET'S SHOWER event

is aimed at the community
of Imperial Valley, and its main
objective is to support the
HUMANE SOCIETY OF IMPERIAL
foundation.
 This event is pet friendly, to spend
a pleasant time with the family
and unite the community with
the purpose of helping stray animals.
We are expectind to make flyers to
notify the community about this event,
and social networks will be used.
 The staff will offer to bathe pets
at request of this service, always with a
professional supervisor .

The community will be invited to participate

by bathing their pets by the staff or by donating
money or pet’s food.

if they do not require the service of

bathing your pets
You can have fun in the park
with all the participants of the event.

and pet stores and pet care professionals

were invited to provide their services
for free, as this helps the community to
be aware of the care of their pets.
 The proceeds will be
donated to the foundation

with the purpose of supporting

more street animals situation.
