Hello - and welcome to the user community regarding the
Google Account.

Very important:
if you reached the help community via a YouTube video
tutorial (like "How to recover...100%"), then you should also
please take note about this:

The uploader of such videos are more interested in views and

subscribers than in really helping you! You should give the
video a dislike/thumbs down. If the uploader prompts you to
post personal data, or screenshots with such data (this
includes email addresses and phone numbers), you should
report the video!

The same goes for prepared templates and recommendations

via other social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook,
Instagram, "X" (formerly twitter), Discord, etc. Most "helpers"
only want your "best" - which is usually your money - and
your credentials.

Note that you only reach users like you and me here in the
community. No Google employees/staff!

There is no personal support for the free/personal Google

Account. You alone are responsible for your credentials and
for keeping them "up-to-date". All recovery processes
are fully automated.

I recommend that you also read here first. Go direct to the

part "Let's Be Realistic" which reads "If you don't have a
working recovery e-mail or phone configured, then you
probably can't prove ownership and recover the account."

if you had two-step verification, then it might have been been

avoided - and that's exactly what the backup codes would
have been for, which you should have printed out/stored
externally:

Here you can find general information about problems with

the 2FA. For example, also about lost or stolen devices:

Here is an explanatory video from a esteemed colleague. I

recommend a look:

Google provides only:

Start here:

Here you can find more detailed information and "step by

step" instructions:

recovery?hl=en

If you don't get anywhere with this information, especially

with the last link, then your Google Account is probably lost.

Friendly advice:
(just in case you missed it the first time)
Please do not post any personal information. That means no
email addresses, no phone numbers, even not in
screenshots. And that's why you don't see attached
screenshots publicly anymore. Only you can see such
screenshots - and we product experts can't do anything with
email addresses or phone numbers. This is for your own
security, helping to protect you against
scams/spam/hacking/hijacking.

Thanks for reading - and understanding
