Bishwambarpur, Dist: Sunamganj) is in a process for applying for Upazila ISP
License. In this process we, Summit Communications Ltd. will be that
“providing party” and “AOBHAN” will be that “Ordering party” have
successfully completed the initial discussion regarding technical and financial
issues.

We “Summit Communications Ltd.” shall proceed further to establish the

connectivity once “AOBHAN” will get the ISP license from BTRC. Mentioning
that, the service Level agreement will take place once the connectivity will be
established covering all the required guidelines from BTRC.
