2. Changes in 2.9.5
• Device drivers for Castor with serial connectors have been removed and
will now only work with PDA.
• Separate installation for CPC and Castor interface from the TruckCom
installation.
• Quicker connection to the truck.
• New functionality for lithium-ion batteries.
- BMS error log, battery-specific error codes
- Option of obtaining battery data from battery
- Truck report that includes battery data, error codes and charging cycles
from the battery.
- Ability to communicate with an individual battery via CAN. (Requires a
special external wiring harness that is connected between the battery and
CAN interface).
- New functionality for setting and reading date and time in the battery
• New error code management on VCE trucks to be able to handle up to 15
groups of error codes.
• Improved support for:
- Backup parameters on PDA
