Introduction
PAM-PC+ is a fuel supplier controller that records and stores dispatch data at the
forecourt. It offers access to this data through a web interface and allows you to
exchange information with Head office, Backoffice and the Point of sale.

It is a compact and robust device, without moving parts (fans, hard drives, etc.),
specially designed to work in service stations. PAM-PC+ allows you to know all the
information about every sale (date, time, volume, amount, etc.) from a PC connected to
your service station's network.

This automation simplifies business management by offering the ability to set up the
forecourt, set up prices changes, and report on transactions.

Quick installation guide

1. Since the factory IP of PAM-PC+ is 192.168.10.18, the equipment must be connected
to a PC that has an IP and an appropriate network mask to this address. This
configuration will be carried out by the Pump Control technical team.

2. Open your Internet browser and enter the above-mentioned IP address.

3. Enter “admin” in the field User and “222222” in the field Password, factory-recorded
data.

4. Press Start sesión (Iniciar sesión).

5. Adapt the IP address of PAM-PC+ to your network. This configuration will be

performed by the Pump Control technical team.

6. Once the computer can be accessed from your network, install the console PAM-PC+
(see MT PAM-PC+ conexiones V1 R0eng).

7. From this web interface, configure the equipment according to the characteristics of
your forecourt and its suppliers.

Powering of the equipment

When connecting the equipment to the electrical current, it turns on a red LED light;
and, when turning it on, a green LED flashes to indicate that PAM-PC+ is working
properly. The PAM-PC+ equipment does two “bips” once it started.

When an error in PAM-PC+ occurs, the green LED stays on.

Web interface
The web interface consists of easy-to-use software, which collects and displays data,
updates instantly and facilitates collective and automatic work.

It allows you to consult the information recorded by the PAM-PC+ team and modify
the operating parameters (only for Admin users will be available options to modify data).

From web access it is possible to perform the following operations:

• Get information about the status of the fuel station.

• Transaction and sales log.
• Clearance authorization.
• Price and density changes.
• Configuration of hoses, products, and tanks.
• Shift closure.
• Report downloads.
• Configuring interface users and passwords.

To access the operations, position the mouse over the MENU, at the top left of the
interface, from which they will deploy the options:

Useful tools
Reports
From the web interface it is possible to make reports on totals of each shift, daily
totals, monthly totals, totals of the supplier, among others. These reports sort the
information and data stored on your computer so that it is easier to read and make
adjustments.

Click on Reports in the Menu list and choose the one that is appropriate for the query.
These reports can be downloaded to your PC from the Download button.

Informational icons
These icons are displayed at the bottom of the screen to indicate an event that is
happening with the equipment that needs to be attended. When the event is resolved
the icon will disappear from the screen.

Icon Description

Synchronization error on computer date and time.

Head Office connection failed.

Wireless connection failed (TAM-PC disconnection, disconnected

reader, error in the reader's frequency range).

Connection error with the pump (error of communication with the

supplier, supplier in error state, supplier in manual mode).

Connection error with TANK-PC.

Connection error with POS.

Connection error with printer.

Connection error with Price totem.

Sound warnings
This equipment reproduces sound warnings when a sale is pending to be authorized
(Calling) or when they are on payment (Fueling).

To enable o disable sound, click on the icon ( ) from the upper left.
