How it goes
The Wheel of Life is made up of eight sections - each one represents an important area of your own life. As
you go through the journal prompts on the following pages, you'll be asked to rate how you currently feel
and how you hope to feel on a scale of 1-10 for each area.
Remember, life ebbs and flows, and we cannot realistically keep a perfect 10 across all areas.
Be realistic with yourself to find and align with your own priorities, values, and curiosities.
By mapping it out in a visual way, you’ll quickly be able to see what areas of your life are thriving and what
areas might need more focus and energy.
After you color in the spaces that match your current ranking, go through and draw a dot where you ideally
hope to be. Then, connect the dots around the circle for a visual representation of your current vs. ideal
wheel of life.
