Dear Parents/Carers

Class Photos and Prospectus Photos

Class Photos

We have great pleasure in inviting the school photographer back to our school on
Friday, 1 March. There will be an opportunity for parents to purchase some new,
exciting class and small group photographs. The photographer will take time to
compose the perfect groups and display them with a twist! The small group
photography will capture classes and friends so they will be remembered forever!

Prospectus Photos

A photographer will be in school on Tuesday, 12 March to take photographs for our

new school prospectus. They will be taking photographs in and around the school
during the course of the morning, capturing the children at work and play.

Autumn Uniform

Could we please ask that the children come to school looking lovely as always in
their Autumn uniform:

 Shirt/blouse with school tie (Reception: Green polo shirt)

 Green school jumper/cardigan
 Tartan pinafore/skirt
 Black Trousers
 Preschool: white polo shirt with jade sweatshirt

The records we hold on our system indicate the parental consent obtained from your
child’s admission form regarding the use of photography for marketing purposes.
The school will follow these permissions unless instructed to do otherwise.

Please indicate on the reply slip if you do not wish your child to be included in
the either the class/group photos or the prospectus photos.

We look forwards to capturing some wonderful memories of our Wixams Tree
