THE EFFECT OF GREEN TOURISM AND SLOW TOURISM ON

SUSTAINABLE ECOTOURISM THROUGH THE VISITING DECISION IN

ABSTRACT

Sustainable tourism has become the main focus in efforts to maintain a balance
between economic growth and environmental and cultural preservation supported
by the concepts of green tourism and slow tourism. Nglanggeran Tourism Village
was chosen as the research location because it is a destination that promotes
ecological and cultural sustainability. The purpose of this research is to find out
and analyze the effect of Green Tourism and Slow Tourism on Sustainable
Ecotourism through Visit Decisions in Nglanggeran Tourism Village. The
population in this study were people who visited the Nglanggeran Tourism
Village, with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this
research is using validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis,
classical assumption test, regression analysis with 2 models and hypothesis
testing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion it is known that Green
Tourism has no significant effect on Visit Decisions, while Slow Tourism has a
significant effect on Visit Decisions. Furthermore, Green Tourism and Slow
Tourism have a significant effect on Sustainable Ecotourism, Visit Decisions have
a significant effect on Sustainable Ecotourism. Furthermore, Green Tourism and
Slow Tourism have no significant effect on Sustainable Ecotourism through Visit
Decisions.
