The Approved Body, BSI Assurance UK Ltd., Kitemark Court, Davy Avenue, Knowlhill,
Milton Keynes, MK5 8PP, UK performed the UKCA type-examination (Module B) and issued
the UKCA type-examination certificate UKCA 745079.
