A warm cup of tea can help with your illness and is rather simple to make. First, prepare the
ingredients. You will need water, a tea bag, and sugar or honey for sweetness. The tools will
include a glass, a spoon, a kettle, and a stove. Next, we'll make the tea. Begin by boiling the
water in the kettle, then place it on top of the stove, making sure to turn it on. Then you can place
the tea bag in the glass. After the water begins to boil, turn off the heat and pour the hot water
into the glass. The amount of water can be adjusted. If you want to enjoy it right away, mix in
50:50 cold water. If you prefer it piping hot, fill the glass with only hot water. Wait a few minutes
for it to change color. After that, you can add sugar or honey to sweeten your tea. Stir it with a
spoon, and there you have it. A drink of warm tea can help you relax at any time, but it's
especially effective when you're sick.
