Most equipment acquired – waiting on syringes

Following conversation with Andy agreed on investigating effect of concentration on desiccation for
future experiment

Pilot experiment not conducted accurately enough for meaningful insights into behavior of agar so
repeat

Investigate different setting temperatures for repeat of pilot experiment Friday 27th

- Require pipettes, scales, ice box?, more petri dishes, heat plate, thermometer
- Try different setting temperatures – incubator set at 30
- Longer drying time
- Heat plate for drying

NP will inquire with technicians regarding equipment required for pilot experiment

For future experiments:

- Camera and mount: following email from Andy no longer using raspberry pi camera – not high
enough resolution. Suggested using SLR instead

Chase up AB regarding using last term’s group work + advice on camera

Confirm with AB suitable time for next week’s meeting
