PERSONAL LOAN AGREEMENT

I. THE PARTIES. This Personal Loan Agreement made June 3, 2023 us by and between:
Borrower: John Bryan M. Deloso and Grace B. Valdez, with a Street Address of Remigio St
& Maria Natividad St Santa Cruz, Manila, 1008 Metro Manila, (“Borrower”) and agrees to
pay.
Lender: Joshua Yalung Puntilar, with a Street Address of Blk 22 lot 9 Zone 3 Phase 2 Brgy.
San Isidro Tarlac City, Tarlac 2300 (“Lender”).
II. LOAN AMOUNT. ₱34049 (“Loan Amount”).
III. PAYMENT. The Loan Amount shall be due and payable, including the principal, in the
following re-payment plan:
Monthly payment minimum of ₱15000 beginning on June 2023 and to be paid on the 15th or
30th of every month until the balance is paid ending on August 31, 2023.
