LOAN AGREEMENT

This Loan Agreement (this “Agreement”), is made as of this ______ day of _______________, 20______
(the “Effective Date”) by and among/between:

Borrower: _______________________________, with residence address at _______________

_________________________________________ ("Borrower"), and

Lender:ABANO, NATALIE MALASAGA, with residence address at Block 2 Lot 17, San Luis Villa, Habay
1, Bacoor City, Cavite (“Lender”).

The parties agree as follows:

1. Loan Amount and Terms. The Loan amount together with interest amounting to Twenty Five
Thousand Pesos Php25,000, is due and payable in Two (2 Months) which shall commence one month
after the release of loan and every month thereof, until completion of payment on the 2 nd month.

4. Guaranty.

The guarantor is ________________________ with residence address at _____________________

(“Guarantor”) promises to unconditionally guarantee to Lender, the full payment and performance by
Borrower of all duties and obligations arising under this Agreement. Guarantor agrees that this guaranty
shall remain in full force and effect and be binding on Guarantor until this Agreement is satisfied.

5. Late Fee/Penalty. 

If Borrower fails to make a payment due under this Agreement, borrower agrees to pay to Lender a late
payment fee of Three Hundred Pesos (Php250.00) everyday of delay.

6. Liability.  The obligation of Borrower and Guarantor shall be Solidary under this Agreement. 
7. Notices. Any notice or communication under this Loan must be in writing and sent via sms provided by
the borrower:

8. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines.
