CONTRACT OF LOAN

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The Contract of Loan, (the “contract”) made by and between:

________________________________ , of legal age and with postal address at

__________________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to
as the “LENDER”;

-and-

___________________________________, of legal age, and with postal address at

____________________________________________________________, hereinafter referred
to as the “BORROWER”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the LENDER being in business of lending money, agrees to lend the
BORROWER ______________________ (amount in words);

WHEREAS, the BORROWER, having a dire need of funds to support his brother who
just moved to Cainta, Rizal as a means of Financial support;

WHEREAS, both the BORROWER and the LENDER agreed that the lending transaction
to be ________________________

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties bind themselves to the following terms and conditions:

1. The LENDER agrees to deliver to the BORROWER ________________ (amount in

words) on __________________ , 20__ the same date that this contract was
prepared;
2. The BORROWER agrees to pay a simple interest of 8% per annum commencing
from ____________________, 20__ ;
3. That both parties agrees that the principal amount plus accrued interest will be paid
in full after six (6) months; from date of receipt of the loan;
4. That at the time of payment. The LENDER has the option to choose which currency
should be used in the payment; if the LENDER chooses to be paid in Philippine
peso, the exchange rate to be used should be the market rate prevailing on the said
date as announced by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
5. That the parties herein hereby commit to fully observe the terms and conditions as
embodied in this contract and are fully aware that any violation of the same shall
expose such erring party to the corresponding criminal, civil and/or administrative
liabilities
6. Miscellaneous Provisions
a. Venue – the venue to file in event of complaint shall be in Makati City.
b. Judicial Action – aside from the damages, attorney’s fees of 10% shall be
paid by party responsible for the breach of Contract.
c. Termination – termination of this contract will take effect only upon full
payment of agreed Principal and interest.
