JOB DESCRIPTION (ACCOUNTING HEAD)

Requirements:

 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in


Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
 At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
 Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance -
General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
 Good understanding of accounting related concerns and data analysis methods.
 Ability to multi-task effectively and adaptable to change.
 Resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any
circumstances
 Must be detail-oriented and result-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepares accounting reports for the management and executive teams.


 Ensures that the day-to-day tasks related to accounting is accomplished and
backed up
 To prepare monthly, quarterly and financial year-end financial reports on a timely
manner for SPEC and its clients.
 To effectively manage customer accounts to ensure compliance with all existing
credit policies.
 To prepare annual financial statements in accordance with international
accounting and auditing standards.
 To maintain and develop accounting financial systems and internal controls to
ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and regulatory requirements.
 To prepare performance budget forecasts for its various divisions and regularly
monitor and advice on its implementation
 To brief, update and advise the General Manager / CEO on status of Accounts and
other matters
 Perform other related task assigned by the management.
