Bonus Proficiencies
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain
proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice:
Perception or Acrobatics. Your ability to transcend time
itself has enabled you to either perceive your surroundings
more deeply or preform difficult dexterous feats more
easily.
Foresight
Starting at 3rd level, you slow down the speed of time to
your advantage. Before an attack role, saving throw, or
ability check, you can spend 1 ki point to gain advantage.
Precognition
Starting at 6th level, you strengthen your ability to deflect
projectiles by altering time. You can increase the damage
reduction from Deflect Missiles by an additional 1d10 +
your Dexterity modifier per ki point. The range of using the
catched range weapon is also increased to 60/100.
Dragon Dash
Starting at 11th level, you can slow down time so
drastically that it appears that you are teleporting. You can
spend 1 ki point to teleport yourself to an unoccupied space
you can see within 40 feet without provoking an
opportunity attack as a bonus action. Immediately after you
reappear, the effect of your attack along the way become
apparent. Each creature within 10 feet of the space you left
must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking damage equal
to 2 damage dice of the weapon you have equipped on a
failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Your Dragon Dash deals an additional damage dice for
each additional ki point expended. You can bring along
objects if their weight doesn’t exceed what you can carry.
You can also teleport one willing creature of your size or
smaller who is carrying gear up to its carrying capacity.
The creature must be within 5 feet of you when you cast
this spell, and there must be an unoccupied space within 5
feet of your destination space for the creature to appear in;
otherwise, the creature is left behind.

Author’s Acknowledgements:
I am grateful for that one December day back in 2017
when my friend invited me to play D&D for the first time.
Since then, I have really grown closer that group of friends.
I wanted to take this page and thank a few key people who
helped me develop this homebrew class:
Arthur Noriega, who was my first DM, provided me the
inspiration for this subclass, and created the original
class idea that I based a decent amount of this abilities
off of. This subclass would not have been posible
without his work.
Louis Statia, who got me into D&D and is my go-to
encyclopedia.
My playtesting group of Ryan, Cris, Carlos, and Horacio
for putting up with my shenanigans.
Finally, thank you to Askiisoft for developing the
wonderful game that inspired this class, Katana Zero. If
any of you have not played it, I highly recommend it!
Stay classy,
Alejandro I. Morles
