1. Heard Mr. Mohansingh Rajput, the learned counsel appearing for the
Petitioner.

2. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 18 th June 2019. In

addition to service of notice through Court, the Petitioner shall serve a private

notice by Registered Post A.D. and/or by Courier service and/or by hand delivery

on the Respondents and shall file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

3. On depositing the entire amount as directed by the Consumer

Grievance Redressal Forum, Nashik by impugned order dated 30.11.2018 on or

before 30th May 2019 there shall be ad­interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).

4. The learned counsel for the Petitioner to remove office objections, if

any, on or before the next date. If the office objections are not removed, the

matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

5. In case of urgency liberty to move.
