MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH

1. That the above noted matter is still under investigation and is within the
jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court .
2. That the applicant is moving the present application being the registered owner
of Vehicle bearing no. DL11SJ6531(HONDA AVIATOR). (Copy of the
Registration Certificate of the Vehicle bearing no. DL11SJ6531(HONDA
AVIATOR). and Aadhar Card of the Owner is annexed herewith for the
kind pursual of this HON’BLE Court and marked as as ANNEXURE-
A(Colly).
3. That the Police officials of the Police station Prashant Vihar had seized the bike
Honda Aviator bearing registration no. DL11SJ6531 in FIR Bearing no-
98/2024 and since then the vehicle is in the Custody Of The Police.
Investigation in this matter pertaining to the aforesaid vehicle is complete and
the above said Vehicle no more required. (Copy of FIR dated 21.02.2024 is
annexed herewith for the kind pursual of this HON’BLE Court and
marked as as ANNEXURE-B(Colly).
4. That the aforesaid vehicle is registered in the name of the applicant and the
applicant undertakes to produce the vehicle as and when it will be directed by
this Hon’ble Court and also will not dispossess the vehicle without the
permission of this Hon’ble Court.
5. That no purpose will be solved by keeping the said vehicle is in the Police
Station.
 Prayer:
It is therefore most respectfully prayed to this Hon’ble Court that the Bike
(Honda Aviator) bearing Registration No. DL11SJ6531 may kindly be released to the
applicant / owner Raj Rani on Superdari in the interest of justice.
Any Other relief as may be deemed fit.
