OATMEAL PUMPKIN

CHOCOLATE COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
CUP BROWN SUGAR CUP PUMPKIN
PUREE MELTED BUTTER
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 CUP OATMEAL
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 4 CUP
CHOCOLATE CHIPS PINCH OF SALT
PROCEDURE:
Step 1:Wash and rinse the pumpkin. Then cut it into
chunk size Place in a saucepan and cover with water.

Step 2:BoIl Chunk size pumpkin until the


pumpkin are Tender

Step 3:Remove the pumpkin into the


boiling water, let it cool and then
mash it correspondingly.

DIRECTION
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
FAHRENHEIT

2. IN A LARGE BOWL, STIR TOGETHER


BROWN SUGAR, PUMPKIN PUREE, MELTED
BUTTER, AND VANILLA. EVENLY SPRINKLE
THE BAKING SODA AND SALT OVER THE
MIXTURE AND STIR TO COMBINE ALL THE
INGREDIENTS.

3.ADD THE FLOUR, OATMEAL AND


CHOCOLATE CHIPS STIR TO COMBINED.

4. IN A BAKING SHEET APPLY MARGARINE


AND USE TABLE SPOON AS A SCOOP PER
PIECE.

5. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 15 TO


20 MINUTES UNTIL THE CRUST IS GOLDEN
BROWN. REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND
COOL ON A WIRE RACK.
