I'm Du, I am a member of the Human Resources Department and I will present a

plan for the first week to introduce the organization and company's culture
Chia thứ trong tuần
I have an induction program to introduce new employees to the organization and
company culture that includes:
To begin with the onboarding program, I will present about
1. Personalized Welcome Emails – on Monday, every new employee will receive a
series of well-crafted emails that detail their first day, introduce them to their new
team, provide information about the organizational structure, and share some fun
facts about the organization. We will also highlight the latest success story of the
organization to help new hires feel a sense of pride in joining the company.
2. On Tuesday, we will provide new hires Preparation Materials – As part of the
onboarding process, we ensure that all new employees have access to a range of
online resources, including the company website, intranet, and relevant
documents. These resources are designed to provide a comprehensive overview of
the organization's history, mission, vision, values, and culture, allowing new hires
to quickly become familiar with the company and its values. By leveraging these
resources, new employees can gain a deeper understanding of the organization,
which can help them become more effective and productive in their roles.
3. And on the next day, Office Tour -, we will give a quick tour of the office to new
hires and highlight the usual spots of interest, including the printer, copier, pantry,
coffee machine, lunch room, snack bins, restrooms, and any other amenities.
4. next I will present about the Employee Handbook – on Thursday, We will
provide each person with an employee handbook. An employee handbook serves
as a reference point, offering clarity on policies, procedures (/prəˈsiːdʒə(r)/),
and expectations, ensuring that every team member is aligned and informed. The
handbook will cover the following key components: Introduction to the
Organization, Policies, and Procedures (/prəˈsiːdʒə(r)/), Employee Benefits,
Workplace Culture, Expectations and Conduct, Resources and Support.
5. And the last one is Onboarding Seminar - This seminar will take place on
Friday and we will present information related to employee policies, company
culture, HR processes, and general helpful information. We will also provide a
detailed explanation of how the organization functions in terms of teams, roles,
and culture. Once the meeting concludes, we will send slides or any other
supplementary resources that we used during the presentation to new members, so
they can refer to them whenever needed.
My presentation has ended and next will be the plan for week 2 presented by leader
Uyên Vy

Each week in the onboarding process is crucial for smoothly integrating new employees,
but Week 2 stands out as the most important. This week, focused on getting familiar with
the workplace, provides practical knowledge and experiences essential for effective role
performance and cultural integration. Week 2 of the onboarding process is pivotal for
new employees. During this week, they gain a deeper understanding of company
operations, learn about their responsibilities, receive necessary training, and begin to
establish connections with colleagues. This week acts as a bridge between the initial
introduction and ongoing support, laying the foundation for long-term success within the
organization. Therefore, this can be considered the most important week in the
onboarding process.
