What causes of those studied do you think are present in this situation?

I believe that one of the causes is "Women have lowest valued jobs" because during
the time of covid, women predominated in the health sector, cleaners are less valued
and lower paid, you can see the increase of temporary and partial hiring in women
especially in the "partial" when the number of women tripled, I deduce this based on
the "health activities" were one of the main jobs during the time of the virus and was
dominated by 67% of women.
