Note:
* Additional 13% VAT is applicable in above rates as per government rule.
* Yearly Agreement can be done, for the first month total (including boosting & designs) will be
paid by client initially before starting project, after that only boosting amount will be paid by
client initially every month & designs/other cost will be paid by client at the end of the every
month.
* In case of problem in boosting/designs error in the middle from any month, if company
(Freelancer Unit Pvt. Ltd.) fails to continue services. Clients will get payment return after
reducing boosted amount, service charge and completed designs cost of that month.

Terms and Conditions

First Party:
 Will help with required content in creating and designing banner and content & will
provide photo, product photo if necessary.
 Support in preparing the post content and offers content.
 Will pay initially for digital marketing like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google &
Youtube (no credit for third party payment).
 Will check content made and verify before boosting.

Second Party:
 Submit bills/receipts of the services/program to first party monthly/quarterly. And
collect payment.
 Submit monthly report & progress to the clients.
