Thanks for meeting with me to talk about your business, your vision, and your
Instagram goals. On the call we covered a huge amount of information. The
goal of this report is to bring together all of our conversation notes, ideas,
hankerings, and thoughts into one coherent place so you can implement a
solid plan for building out your business.

Project Goal
Audit and refine the funnel to optimise for paid traffic
Get 10 sales each month to create $3000 in monthly
recurring revenue from the course
Create cold ads to get new eyes on the funnel
Create retargeting ads to boost sales
Create engaging video ads to stand out from other ad
creators and get a good ROI on our ad spent

Ad Spent Calculation
Goal: $2997 in sales each month, 10 sales of a $297
course
Cost per lead currently for webinars - $6-$10
If we spend $500 every month, we get anywhere
between 50-80 people in our funnel.
Provided our funnel is optimised 1-5% out of that people
buy, which means we can expect anywhere from 1-4
people buy out of that. Best case scenario is we get 4
sales and get $1200 in sales which gives us a profit of
$700. All the numbers can be adjusted as we increase
the ad spent.

Provide Roota with timely access and 24 hour review of


the work and campaigns if you choose the DFY option.
Implement every week's homework so we can keep the
momentum going and make the best of our time if you
choose the consulting option.
Ask for help quickly whenever you are stuck if you
choose the consulting option.

Next Steps

Payment Plan - Monthly before we begin each month.


Proposed Contract Dates - 14th January - 14th March
2019
Once the proposal is accepted, a contract will need to
be signed by both parties.
Then, I will send invoices as per the payment plan
above which will need to be settled before any work can
begin.
*Note - all ad spent and software expenses if needed
is to be borne by you.
