HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The policy of the Contractor to promote safety, at all sites and the client’s premises. It is company’s
intention to prevent, as far as is reasonably practicable, accidents and injury to all personnel, whether
directly or indirectly employed and to members of the public. Senior management, contract management,
supervisor staff are aware of their responsibilities in relation to the safety, health and welfare of all
personnel.
The Contractor’s HSE Policy will follow and fully comply with HSE Policy and Zero Accident
Philosophy. It will be formally communicated to and fully understood by all levels of the Contractor
organization including subcontractors.

The Contractor HSE Policy is summarized as:

• Zero Accidents
• No harm to People
• No harm to Environment
• Transparency and cooperation with public and government
• Continual Improvement in Quality of Services and Products

Investigate the best worldwide practices and adapt to ensure above statement is a company’s main
objective. The Contractor Management has set as their main objectives:

• Safety in operations and physical safety of employees

• Minimum of environmental effect
• Minimize injures and accidents on the site
• Develop a positive Environmental, Health & Safety culture
• Increase the technical capacity of each project team by learning lessons from the previous
experiences
Establish and maintain good relations and effective communication with state bodies, employees, private
organizations and any third parties that may be involved to any project.
The Contractor strives to achieve the high health and safety practices and standards in Georgia. The
Contractor believes that good HSE performance is an integral part of efficient business management and
therefore intends to continually improve its HSE performance.
We intend to measure HSE performance of our employees, contractors and suppliers on a regular and
continuing basis. The Contractor places a regard on compliance with national and international
regulations and operating standards that aims to create the safest working environment for all employees,
contractors, customers, suppliers, local communities and the public. The Contractor believes that all
work-related accidents, incidents, injuries and illnesses are preventable. No task is so important that we
cannot take time to plan and implement it in a safe manner.
