• Valid Email ID
• Aadhar No.
• Ac ve Mobile Number
o Mobile number should be with the applicant at the me of form filling
o Login Creden als (Registra on no and password) will be sent on this mobile number and email id.
• Alternate Mobile Number (Preferably of parent)
• Scanned Photo in JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 50 KB only)
• Scanned Signature in JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 50 KB only)
o It is the sole responsibility of the student to go through the Guidelines and check his/ her eligibility at the
me of applica on. We are not verifying the eligibility at the me of applica on. The eligibility will be verified
by the University at the me of Counselling/Admission.
• Photo ID proof (for entering number)
o Any one of the following for entering the number at the designated place in the online applica on form:
• Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport.

• Applica on Fee (in Rs.)

• EWS Cer ficate

o Applicants who want to avail the benefit of Economically Weaker Sec on (EWS) seats have to choose yes in the
personal informa on page. The cer ficate for this must be uploaded on this page where there is an op on for
uploading photo and signature. They would be needing the following cer ficates at the me of counseling.
o EWS cer ficate issued by the appropriate authority.
• Category Cer ficate for Reserva on
o The number of caste cer ficate issued by the competent authority will have to be entered for availing the benefit of
reserva on for OBC, SC and ST applicants. Validity of these cer ficates will be verified from the Government website.
(The Cer ficate for this must be uploaded on this page where there is an op on for uploading photo and signature)
o Applicants of OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category would require the following cer ficates at the me of counseling
• OBC Cer ficate issued with in the three years of 1 July of Admission year (2024).
• The OBC (Non Creamy layer) cer ficate issued before prior three years of 1 July of Admission year (2024) will not
be considered.
o The Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Class candidates originally belonging to U ar Pradesh
will be given the benefit of reserva on. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Class candidates of
other States will be treated as general.
• Income Cer ficate
o Applicants will have to enter the number of these cer ficates at the me of filling of the form.
o The Income cer ficate has to be issued on or a er January 1, of Admission year (2024) and will be verified through the
Government website.
o Cer ficates whose details are not available on this website will not be entertained.
o The applicants who do not have a valid income cer ficate issued by competent authority will not be given benefit of
zero fees at the me of admission.
