Degree in Arts / Science/ Commerce from a recognized University with Diploma in Method of Instruction

5. Age
1. The candidates for the post of SDSO must not be less than 21 years or more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2022.
2. The candidates for the post of P.l.&Coach must not be less than 21 years or more than 40 years of age as on 01-01-2022.
3. The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. Notification No. ABP.6/2016/51 dated Dispur the 02d September, 2020:
By 5 years for SCIST candidates

. By 3 years for OBC/MOBCcandidates

. By 2 years for Ex-Servicemen.
The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a
recognized Central/State Board/Council and no other document Shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.

Director of Sports &Youth Welare, Assam shall not be aryway responstble / acounlable in he event of not beling acorded permission to

appear in the writen examination/join service after selection.

POINTS TO NOTE:
1) The appicants are advised to submit separate application for each post
2) in case of detection of any false declaraton Islatement made by any applicant, hisher application il be rejected and wil also be
panelized as per prevailing rules/law. If in any case, submission of false facts/materials is delected even ater the recommendation is

made, the authority may take appropriate action as per rulelaw.

3) Those who applied earlier for the post of Sub - Dlvisional Sports Officer, Physical Instructor and Coaches as per Advertisement

dtd. 05-02-2018, 08-02-2018, 25-02-2018 and 25-01-2020 need not apply for the posts again.
4) Those who applied earlier and belong to Economically Weaker Secion (EWS) may submit Income &Assets Cerificate from the competent
authority not below the rank of Circle Oficer.
5) The selected candidates will have to submt an Undertaking to appointing authority that they wilabide by the New Pension Scheme (NPS)
issued vide Finance Department letter No. BVw.3/03/Part-l/1 Dtd. 25-01-2005
6) The selected candidates will have to submit a Notarised Affidavit in the prescribed format regarding verification of character and
antecedents of persons selected for appointment in Government service as per Govt. OM ABP.78/2021/01 Dtd. 18-11-2021.
7) The appointment against the sanctioned vacant posts wil be made in accordance with the provision of the AFRBM Act, 2005 under 7 (|) G.
