Linkwell has advanced its I.T infrastructure by implementing tools such as Prod-
uct Lifecycle Management; PLM integrated by Dassault and Enterprise Resource
Planning; ERP using Oracle.

Having over 30 years of manufacturing expertise with world-class facilities, Link-

well has a manufacturing capacity of over seven million units per year and has
over twenty million products deployed successfully.

Managed under two main divisions, namely Energy Meter Division (EMD) &
Security and Identity Solutions Division (SIS); VISIONTEK manufactures an
array of Smart Energy Meters and Biometric Point of Sale Systems.

Having commenced its journey into design, development, and manufac-
turing of Energy Meters over 12 years ago, Linkwell has come a long way
in its footprint of digital energy meters in the country. Linkwell manufac-
tures Single Phase, Three Phase, and CT-operated meters of various
ratings. Besides manufacturing, Linkwell’s project management expertise
is proven by its successful execution of large-scale supply and installation
projects for digital meters in Odisha and Uttar Pradesh.

 Project Implementation
Linkwell, apart from having rich experience in manufacturing of energy
meters, has established and proven project management expertise in
installation program management for electricity meters.

Linkwell has installed more than 20 Lakh meters in Odisha in a short span of
2 years and over 10 Lakh meters in Uttar Pradesh.

Linkwell’s project implementation is backed by experienced project man-

agement teams and assisted by the use of modern information technology
tools to manage the entire installation process including reporting.

 Security and Identity Solutions Division (SIS)
Specialized in conceptualization and Implementation of
“Security & Identity” centric solutions to Governments, Banks and Telecom
in compliance with AADHAAR and PCI guidelines.

SIS division is responsible for Marketing and Sales of products and Solutions
that cater to Security and Identity domain on ADHAAR and FINTECH platform.
The division has achieved leadership position by implementing various
e- Governance Projects across the country on Aadhaar Biometric Authentica-
tion platform in various e-Gov projects like PDS automation at Fair Price
Shops, Fertilizer Retail sales Management , Financial inclusion as part of
JANDHAN YOJANA to serve the Unbanked population of India, AADHAAR
Based biometric attendance etc.

The Products and Solutions provided to customers are with flexible

commercial deployment models that ensured the highest standards of
delivery as well as faster Return on Invest.

The Security & Identity solutions offered are built on a platform of standards
defined by AADHAAR using AUA/KUA, ASA, CIDR as well as PCI DSS ecosystem
with Enhanced security in identity & Transaction management. The critical
security aspects of a transaction covers the data at the time of capture, trans-
mission, portability, mobility, processing & printing while confirming the
output to the beneficiary securely with multi factor authentication techniques
like IRIS Scan, voice prompts, OTP, QR code, Dynamic PIN and now strength-
ened with Facial Recognition as well.

We obtain and follow highest security certifications & standards that were
prescribed for Identity & FINTECH industry such as AADHAAR standards for
Biometrics, PCI standards for Payment POS with EMV L1, L2 and L3 certifica-
tion for Card Present transaction using Chip & Contactless card technology.
The list of certifications obtained for major payment schemes for Contact and
Contactless cards like RUPAY, VISA, MASTER for NCMC, Paywave, Paypass
using Credit/Debit cards. The environment to manage the FINTECH Solutions
is in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Our Biometric identity products and solutions support 1:1 and 1: N on local
platform placed on a client server solution architecture platform as well.
