PROMISORY NOTE

I, Harvey C. Ramirez, Filipino, of legal age, with address at 762 Brgy. Bambang, Los
Bañ os, Laguna, promise to pay to the order of Brenda Basas, Filipino, of legal age, with
address at Block 3 lot 10 Parrot street, Camella Homes Woodhills, Brgy. San Antonio, San
Pedro Laguna, hereby referred to as the Creditor, the amount of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY
NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE PESOS (PhP229,227.00) on or
before December 31, 2024.

I will make a monthly payment, in the amount of ____________, due every 1 st week of
the month.

In case of my failure to pay when due and payable, any amount which I am obligated
to pay under this Note, the entire amount outstanding under this Note shall immediately
become due and payable without need of further demand.

I hereby agree that upon such failure to pay, any and all civil or criminal case to
which I may be held to be liable to the Creditor herein shall be filed and/or revived without
prejudice to such other rights or actions as the creditor may pursue.

I hereby affirm and acknowledge that I have carefully read and undertstood all the
foregoing stipulations.
