Foreword
Hello, welcome to use DFSK Automobile Co., Ltd. F537 power upgrade project
maintenance manual !
This manual describes the diagnosis, adjustment, operation and replacement
(maintenance) of the whole vehicle and its parts; it also introduces the disassembly and
assembly methods of the main parts. Before consulting this manual, please note the
following points:
1. This manual contains the power upgrade project of DFSK F537, mainly
based on the SFG15T \SFG15TA \HD15 \HD15A\HD20 series gasoline engines. Other
types of engines assembled in this project are not mentioned in this manual, so if the
reader touches To assemble other types of engines, do not refer to the data in this
manual.
2. Before repairing each part, please find the chapter corresponding to the
faulty part first. For example: to measure the fit clearance between the piston and the
cylinder, please refer to the section "Piston Connecting Rod Set".
3. The data in this manual are recommended by the editor, and some data
(such as tightening torque, etc.) are within a range, so please select the appropriate data
according to the specific situation.
4. Some pictures in the manual are schematic diagrams and are for reference
only. If the pictures do not match the actual objects, the actual objects shall prevail.
