The Pharmacy week

Theme: “Empowering and informing the Public on Medicine Safety for Health Beginnings”
 It will be week-long observation that aims to raise awareness about the role of
pharmacists in healthcare, highlight their contributions, and educate the public about
the importance of using medicines safely during pregnancy to protect the health of the
baby and prevent birth anomalies.

 Debate (Female Pharmacy Students Vs. Male Pharmacy Students).
 Mentorship/Career guidance seminar.
 Interclass Quiz Competition.
 Movie Night.
 Set up and Inauguration of the Pharmacy School Pharmacognosy
Garden in Kabanyoro, Gayaza.
 Onsite Continuous Education about Herbal Medicine.
 Fitness session/Aerobics.
 Sports gala (for students, lecturers, alumina, and other
stakeholders).
 Bull roasting, Dance and Refreshments.
 Hangout (Day and Overnight trip to Oguzulu Resort Beach)
Activities: Zip line, High ropes courses, Ground Obstacle Course, Ladder
Ball, Smash ball, Crochet, Archery, Reccin bocce, Land rover experience,
Sack race, Hop, run and drink relay, Team building, Camping, Extreme
water sports, Entertainment, among others.
