Nam
IELTS -Speaking

Nam actively participates in class discussions and activities, consistently taking on an

enthusiastic role. During class sessions, Nam exhibits confidence while speaking and
actively listens to both audio materials and the teacher. His responses are generally
correct, although occasional misunderstandings of questions occur. Notably, Nam
constructs well-formed sentences, often demonstrating grammatical correctness using
both the given vocabulary and their own words.

In terms of pronunciation, Nam is easy to understand both in reading and speaking. His
steady progress results from his willingness to repeat after the speaker during audio
exercises. Additionally, Nam actively expands his vocabulary by incorporating words and
expressions learned in class. Despite the challenging material level (B2+), Nam enjoys
the class and effectively copes with the difficulty.

Overall, Nam’s positive attitude and commitment contribute to a successful learning

experience.

Since Nam is already familiar with the basics of IELTS Speaking Parts 1, 2, and 3—such as
their format and time allotment—I took the class to a higher level exposing him to
actual native speakers' conversations by having him watch video clips and listen to
podcasts. This exposure will further enhance his language skills and boost his
confidence.
