items

1. MVISION Protect Standard

We, Shwe Taung Construction Business Unit do certify that all the products which we
receive from Musarubra, LLC or any other Musarubra entities are intended for use in
commercial office use only, and are not intended for use in any military, nuclear, chemical,
biological, missile technology, or proliferation end applications.

We further certify that any McAfee Enterprise products and any other products that
contain McAfee Enterprise products will not be sold, transferred or re-exported by Shwe
Taung Construction Business Unit to any military end users in Myanmar.

I certify that information provided herewith is true and accurate.

The validity of this end user certificate is 2 years from date of signature.
