1. That above stated case is pending before this Hon’ble court and fixed for Today
2. That all the accused in this case has gone to Chandigarh due to which unable to appear for today.
3. That absence of accused is neither intentional nor willfull but due to the reason stated above.
4. That accused shall have no objection if the evidence is recorded in their absence.

It is therefore respectfully prayed before this Hon’ble court to kindly accept and allow this application and
accept the exemption of all the accused from personal presence due to the reason stated above for today, in
the interest of Justice.
