Mr. Smith Testimony:

June 8 th , 2017. 2:15 a.m. Prescott – Arizona

Mr. Josh smith a common smoker was flipping around in bed, thinking about his family issues

which didn’t let him sleep, so without waking anybody up at home, he decided to go to betsy’s,

the nearest store in town, a twenty minutes one way walk. It might have taken him around forty

five minutes to come back home. At the moment he was approaching to his house yard, he

noticed the main door slightly open which gave him some hesitation to open it. What he expected

was there, something terrible had been happing out his presence. Blood streams coming down the

stairs, and blood stains all over the walls and floor. All Jittering he started to yell and called out his

wife and kids, but no answer. He went up the stairs and saw a butchery scene where his wife and

two daughters were tied up to each other all cover in blood.

He called 911, police officers arrived 10 minutes later and informed to the authorities and media

that some jewels are missing, the entire family had been raped and murder.

Mr. Smith had to move out from his house into the motel of the area at the moment until the cops

could find any evidence and clarify the case.

Two days later, Mr. Smith back door’s neighbor, Rita Miller, told him he had seen the two popular

thieves and vagabonds in town, the white brothers smoking crack at his fence, the same day at

2:30 a.m.

Mr. Smith went to the police station to inform the hearsay, but the detective didn’t take the

information as a proof or seriously. Two weeks passed and no answer from the police by then to

Mr. Smith. Tired of waiting, Mr. Smith went to White brother’s house to talk to them.

He knocked at the door but no answer, so he knocked once again, but this time somebody opened
it. It was Mandy, the youngest of the three brothers. She was all drowsy and sleepy until she saw

Mr. Smith face. She tried to slam the door at Josh’s face but he held it and told her he needed her

help. Suddenly he noticed Mandy was wearing Mrs. Smith necklace that had been stolen from

Smith’s house, so he couldn’t hold his strength and at that moment Mandy could shut and lock the

door. He was speechless and went running to the station to deliver.

Two weeks more passed, desperate and tired of waiting for answers, Mr. Smith waited until dawn

to get into White brothers’ house, and He poured a gallon of gasoline and set into fire the place

with all the members inside, taking revenge and the law on his hands.

Now he’s been sentenced to death penalty for Arson and Murder
