during the industrial attachment. The report should have the following headings:
1. Cover page and student particulars’ page MUST be of the form attached overleaf and duly
signed and stamped by the Industry supervisor
2. Introduction:
3. Activities of the organization
4. Summary of work done
5. Projects you were involved in
6. Weak and strong points of the attachment
7. Point of improvement
8. Problems encountered
9. Attach drawings, schematics, graphs e.t.c
Your report should be in Times New Romans, 12pt font, 1.15pt spacing, normal page margin (1”
top, 1” bottom, 1” left and 1” right). The report should be at least 20 pages long.
The deadline for submitting the logbook, report and the confidential form is 30th May of the year
of attachment
