1. Brief description of the Product – describe briefly what you

want to produce and how you wish to undertake the whole
business from production to marketing.
2. Market Study
a. What will you sell?
b. To whom will you sell?
c. How much will you sell?
d. How will you sell to your customers?

3. Production Study
a. How are you going to produce your product?
b. How much will you produce within a period of time?
c. What will you need in order to produce?
d. Where will you produce?
e. Who will produce? Will you work? Will you hire people? How
many are they and what are their qualifications?
4. Financial Study
a. What needs to be financed?
b. How will the business be financed?
Where will the amount be obtained in? a. come from? Will you
borrow from someone? From whom and how much will you
borrow?
c. How will you cost and price the product?
How would you price a product?
Ex. The cost of the product is ₱ 35.00. You want to impose a
10% mark- up; therefore, ₱ 35.00 x 10% = ₱ 3.50.
₱ 3.50 is the profit. To get the selling price of your product, add:
Cost of the product …………………… ₱ 35.00
10% mark-up…………………………….. 3.50
Selling price ₱ 38.50

d. How much will be the profit?

5. Organizational Study – this part of business plan will explain
how will you organizer and plan the business.
