Research Title: The RIASEC: Career Preference Inventory

Purpose: To conduct a psychological text for career assessment among humanities and
social sciences students if the chosen strand influences their future career path.
It also aims to provide students with valuable insights into their aptitudes and
preferences.

Objective: Objective:
To identify individual strengths to recognize and highlight the unique strengths
of talent. Also, to enhance self-awareness by offering them insights into their
own preferences, working style, and personality. And encourage informed
decision-making to empower them with the knowledge and confidence
regarding the professions they are interested.
