By signing this document, I hereby authorize all repair work to be completed within the scope of this repair order. I
grant the dealer express authority to operate my vehicle as necessary for the repair or diagnosis. Although the
dealer will take reasonable care, I understand that I will be responsible for any loss or damage arising from fire, theft,
accident, or any other cause beyond the dealer's control. I agree to pay all charges, including any charges for
materials, freight, and/or waste removal, calculated as a percentage of labor and parts, where quantity and/or cost
cannot be accurately determined.
I acknowledge an express mechanics lien on the vehicle in regards to securing any amount owed to the dealer. In
the event I fail to pay for this repair order, in its entirety and immediately after the work is completed, or if I otherwise
default on terms of this order, the dealer shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs in addition to any
other recovery by the dealer. The dealer will also be entitled to the collection of storage fees equating to $45 per
day, starting 24 hours after all repairs are completed until my bill is paid in full. I expressly authorize this dealer to
keep possession of my vehicle until my bill is paid in full, and I will not attempt to remove my vehicle from the
dealership's property until the dealership is fully compensated for the work performed on this repair order.
In cases of using third party service contracts to compensate the dealership for the repairs on my vehcile, I
understand that there may be charges above what the third party is willing/obligated to pay, and I agree to pay any
amount not coved by the third party, including any excess labor, parts or fees not fully covered by the third party.
I also expressly authorize this dealer, and any/all affiliates, to send text and email communications to me, from time to
time, to communicate with me about my vehicle.
Any warranties of the parts and accessories are made by the manufacturer only. Most parts and accessories are
warrantied by the manufacturer for 12 months or 12,000 miles. The dealer makes NO WARRANTIES of any kind,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED and expressly DISCLAIMS all warranties INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY or
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A PRICE ESTIMATE FOR THE REPAIRS YOU HAVE AUTHORIZED. THE REPAIR PRICE MAY
BE LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE, BUT WILL NOT EXCEED THE ESTIMATE BY MORE THAN 10% OR $15.00,
WHICHEVER IS LESS, WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. YOU MAY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A WRITTEN ESTIMATE AND
REQUIRE THAT YOU BE NOTIFIED IF THE PRICE EXCEEDS AN AMOUNT YOU HAVE SPECIFIED. YOU MAY WAIVE
YOUR RIGHT TO AN ESTIMATE WHICH GIVES THE REPAIR SHOP TO SET THEPRICE WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSON.

You are entitled by law to the return of all parts replaced, except those which are too heavy or large, and those
required to be sent back to the manufacturer or distributor because of warranty work or an exchange agreement.
You are entitled to inspect parts which cannot be returned to you.
