Symptom
Unable to replicate CDS View
Table class VIEW of table <Table Name> is not supported for data provisioning

Environment
SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server

Reproducing the Issue

1. Start replication for view rather than a table in LTRC
2. See error

Cause
SLT cannot replicate views directly, for views the table(s) involved in the view need to be replicated directly.

Resolution
1. Logon to the source system
2. Run tcode SE11
3. Check all the tables in this view (double click each name in the view to confirm whether it is a table or if it is another
view)
4. Start replication for all the tables involved in the view
Note:
Beginning with DMIS 2018 SP04, replicating CDS Views is now supported if the source system is using S/4 HANA 2020
or higher.

be used.
Please refer this KBA 3169933 - What is report IUUC_REPL_SWITCH_REC_MCHNSM - SLT to switch new CDC
mechanism for replicating the CDS views.
