London Stock Exchange Group – UK [On Going]
As the Senior Technical Architect – Web Development, leading initiatives for the London Stock Exchange Group, UK, our focus
centers on two pivotal Proof of Concept (PoC) projects as per different requirements, each leveraging cutting-edge technologies to
ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- The first PoC entails harnessing the synergies of Next.js and Adobe AEM as Headless to deliver a high-performance website.
1. By integrating Next.js for dynamic server-side rendering and Adobe AEM as Headless for content management, we
establish a robust foundation for flexibility and scalability.
2. Advanced caching mechanisms, including CDN integration and server-side caching, ensure lightning-fast data retrieval
and delivery, vital for real-time financial data transactions.
3. Usage of WebSocket in this situation enables full-duplex communication, low latency and efficiency for high-frequency
updates in real-time data. This ensures timely delivery of stock market data, scalability for handling concurrent users, and
support for interactive visualization, crucial for traders and investors to make informed decisions swiftly.
4. Stringent security measures, such as SSL/TLS encryption, CSRF protection, and XSS prevention, safeguard sensitive
information and maintain user trust.
2023 - 2024
5. Compliance with regulatory standards, including GDPR and PCI DSS, is ensured through meticulous logging and auditing
mechanisms.
- In the second PoC, we adopt a node-based microservices architecture, containerized with Docker and orchestrated using
Kubernetes, deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
1. By leveraging the power of microservices, we achieve modularity and scalability, enabling seamless handling of complex
financial transactions.
2. Utilizing NATS streaming server facilitates efficient communication between different pods and services, ensuring real-time
data synchronization and event-driven architecture.
3. This architecture is designed for resilience and scalability, with auto-scaling capabilities and fault-tolerant deployment
patterns inherent to Kubernetes.
4. Continuous integration and deployment pipelines streamline development and deployment processes, fostering agility
and reliability in managing the financial ecosystem.
Through these PoCs, we aim to provide the London Stock Exchange Group with a robust, secure, and scalable technological
foundation, enabling them to thrive in the dynamic landscape of financial markets while maintaining the highest standards of
performance and security.

cost-effectiveness, reduced maintenance, seamless integration, and automatic scaling. Utilizing React.js on the client side ensures a
responsive user interface. By seamlessly integrating these technologies, we're showcasing the scalability and performance benefits
of serverless architecture coupled with a modern front-end framework for rapid development and enhanced user experience.
