process efficiencies
▪ It also wanted to inculcate the best industry practices through technology and
equipment and define best SLAs’ for partners

Solution Overview
▪ Identified the pressure areas through a thorough assessment which included
interviewing the stakeholders, site visits and analysis of historical projects
▪ Based on the diagnostics, SOPs were developed for each stages and other
processes were enhanced through software implementation
▪ Built a dashboard for tracking each projects across stage and take corrective actions
to meet the TAT

Impact Generated
The client successfully achieved reduction in TAT from 50 days to 35 days for 80% of
the projects

We have partnered with I-Saksham(NGO) and helped them in broad spectrum of areas enabling them to achieve their societal goals

About I-Saksham

▪ I-Saksham an NGO which is working closely at the grass root level in 50 villages in Bihar
to create a society where people from excluded sections are well educated, skilled and
self-reliant.

▪ I-Saksham sees education, digital literacy, awareness about socio-economic issues and
vocational skills as core tools to bring capabilities to individuals and societies.

Acuvon’s contribution

▪ Fund Raising: We helped i-Saksham in fund raising via NSDC partnership and crowd
sourcing. The total funding raised was approximately 0.75 million USD

▪ Standardization of operations: We helped I-Saksham via development and roll out of


“trainer engagement”, ” student engagement” and “monitoring and assessment” SOPs
