AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, Argie Mituda Lacson, Area Manager representing the company, Metro Oil Subic Inc., with company
address located at 1025 Aurora Blvd., Project 3, Barangay Duyan-duyan, Quezon City after having beeb duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. Metro Oil Subic Inc., complainant in the qualified theft case against Virgil Roña Rom docketed with case
Number: III-20-INQ-24C-00152 before the office of the City Prosecutor in Mabalacat, Pampanga;

2. In this regard, the accused has already paid PhP25,000 on March 26, 2024.

3. In view of the payment of the accused, we would like to manifest and completely exonerate the accused
from any liability in the above-mentioned qualified theft case and that we are no longer interested, and
we hereby desist in prosecuting the said criminal case.

4. As such, we respectfully pray that the aforementioned case against Virgil Roña Rom be withdrawn
and/or dismissed.
