Catholic Social Teachings

Objectives:
At the end of this activity the students will be able:
 To discover the life and works of the Saints.
 To learn how the saints responded to their contemporary issues.
 To know how the saints embodied the Catholic Social Teaching
 To know that the saints serve as a living witness of Christ.
Activity: A Saint in action (10minutes Extemporaneous speech)
Mechanics:
1. Students will have to know and be familiarize with the life and works of the saints
2. The teacher will divide the students into groups.
3. The teacher will let them choose from the list of saints given to them.
4. The students will have to answer questions related to the life and works of the saint
they are assigned and the response of the saints to today’s current social issues
