PW-1 Suresh Kumar is present for further examination in chief. He is
partly examined in chief. Further examination in chief is deferred as it is
lunch session and after lunch session arguments have to be heard in time
bound case FIR no. 251/2005 State Vs Banarasi Dass.
PW Vimlesh is present and discharged unexamined due to above
mentioned reason.
Inspector Sanjeet Kumar is present being IO of this case.
Re-notify the case for PE on 16.08.2023. PW-1 Suresh Kumar,
Santosh Kumar, Ct. Pawan and Inspector Sanjeet Kumar be summoned for
the next date. IO as well as MHC(M) along with case property be summoned
