Introduction
This addendum documents changes to the labels on the AdaptaScan.
The contact address on each AdaptaScan has been changed from
Hatfield to Telford. The information in this addendum supercedes
that any similar information in the manuals.

These labels are shown on the following pages of the AdaptaScan

documentation:

Hardware User Manual: Page ii in the Front Matter and

Page 18 in chapter 1
Software Manual: Page iv in Front Matter
